At sheraton hotel too many people trying to push up the bus. Bus captain was good to ensure all have a seat, request pareyyo put children on their lap so that we got a seat. Well done bus captain 

tickets did not work , we turned on roaming but all we got was Re-try, and Re-try., the guys in the ticket office took 15mins or more to sort it.

Visit to Qasr Al Watan was a great experience. The magnificence and the grandeur is quite enchanting. 

The ticketing experience through Headout was smooth. Would have given 5 stars but its just that there was no option to select a child ticket - it only displayed the number of adults. So I paid the price of adult for a child.

Tickets were booked online and got a response mentioning that the tickets will be emailed to be within 30 minutes.

We were at the venue and waiting for the tickets by email. 

However, even after 45 minutes the tickets were not received. Had to call the call center in US (With additional cost for calls) multiple times to get a response from them. 
After multiple calls and struggling got the tickets after 1 hours. 

We could visit the sight really fast. The palace is really worth seeing and all the staff was nice. What we missed was some kind of plan of the building so you know what is there to see and how to walk inside. Besides we didn't know if it was allowed to visit the garden and walk back through it to the entrance as everybody used the shuttled bus and we were directed only to the bus.

The light and sound show was amazing and the palace is really beautiful from inside as well. Definitely a must visit spot in Abu Dhabi.

The palace is mesmerising. It is absolutely a must to go and if possible,  stay for the light show. It is the cherry on top.

I Like the Concept of exhibiting works of art of various periods in various parts of the world. 
Also I liked the topic of fables in the temporary exhibition 

The vast building and space. The elegance of the simplicity and not having to "wait in line to enter". It was great to come relatively early before the "crowds" arrive.....Very friendly personnel!

I had issues when I tried to download the tickets from the website. The downloaded file were corrupted and not readable pdf files. I tried on IOS and Android mobile phones without success. Fortunatly our bookings were recorded and we were able to get them from the desk.

It was easy to pay for my tickets online.

The problem came after as they were not sent to me for an hour.

I had to contact live chat to get them sent as we were planning to go that day.

I was a little worried when I realized I purchased tickets through an agency and not the museum directly. But the tickets arriving my email inbox quickly. There was no line to skip. Everything went smoothly!
